this project is an analysis of the cells that repair and damage a geometric matrix.
the model is based on the relationship between carcinogenic cells, fibroblasts,
and collagen matrix. the result is a nonlinear deformation of geometry.

the controlled variables in this experiment is the intensity and reach of damage incurred,
and the repair capabilities. these elements affect the result.
